SWBC is seeking a talented individual to contribute to an area focused on continuing to grow revenue within SWBC's Financial Institution Group. The goal is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our national sales staff through data analysis/maintenance, enrichment of internal tools (CRM, Marketing/Email Automation, etc.), and ongoing training and support. Many of the responsibilities focus on operational reporting and support functions; however, with broad exposure to sales, reporting/analytics, operational, and marketing efforts, the analyst will also be encouraged to contribute to more strategic initiatives, interfacing with leadership from across the division and enterprise. Essential duties include the following: Creates reports and dashboards for stakeholders that measure sales, marketing, and other program performance using data from CRM, Marketing/Email Automation, and other systems via Microsoft Excel and data visualization platforms (i.e. Tableau, Datorama). Works with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and needs, converts that understanding into user stories, then prioritizes/manages a backlog of these items and works with technical teams to develop solutions that address them through analysis and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assists in delivery/roll-out and ongoing maintenance of technical solutions for various internal groups by developing, executing, and maintaining communication and training programs/material. Performs regular audits on CRM and other datasets, identifying deficiencies and resolving issues using data modification tools, refining processes to promote data hygiene, and sourcing reports/integrations that will expand/enhance the dataset. Provides "Tier-1" user support of CRM platform and other technology used by sales, account management, marketing, and operations teams. Using established processes, Assists Account Vice Presidents (sales) located across the country to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share, deepen existing relationships, and grow volume. Analyzes CRM prospect/client, contact, and lead data to develop, segment, and maintain target lists for marketing and client communication efforts. Gathers feedback from cross-functional teams to validate lists. Assists with vendor evaluation, onboarding, and management process by performing research, processing related requests, and analyzing performance of active vendors. Performs all other duties as assigned. Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field required. MBA or MS in Finance/Data Science preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of general sales, marketing, and administrative support functions, particularly interfacing with executive level stakeholders to include a minimum of one (1) year of data analysis working with datasets from Customer Relationship Management (CRM), digital marketing, and Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms. Business processes and applicable laws and regulations preferred. Knowledge of financial services and lending preferred. Knowledge of Web Analytics (GA) preferred. Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) preferred. Knowledge of data visualization (Tableau, DOMO, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of agile product delivery preferred. Negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
