Full Time Perm Job Opportunity

Primary Responsibilities
Improve overall observability of all services in a complex distributed cloud based systems including monitoring, alerting and reporting
Track and Improving reliability, availability and performance of end to end business transactions,
Root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems within complex, distributed, integrated, enterprise environment.
Perform business analysis and problem resolution through software development life cycle in support of business-critical applications,
Work user issues associated with customer ordering, provisioning, and service assurance, and help to coordinate integrated problem resolution.

Experience: 5-8 years

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the SRE/DevOps/IT Operations and/or Development is required
3+ years of experience in dealing with highly technical staff is required
2+ years of Application Observability experience including APM, custom metrics, tracing, and logging.
1+ Experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Hands on experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, ServiceDesk etc...
Hands on experience with observability tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Catchpoint, Quantummetric
1+ years of experience in communicating with and presenting to executives is required
Ability to foster productive relationship across organizations
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Self-motivated, highly analytical, excellent communicator and negotiator

Desired: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences
