Seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Processor to join our Vendor Maintenance team. This position is within the Payment Services team and reports directly to the Accounting Director.
If you are located in Minnetonka, MN, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities: - - -

• 
  
• New vendor set up
  
• Assisting customers with vendor portal inquiries
  
• Maintaining pre-existing vendor information
  
• Works well in a team environment
  
• Demonstrates depth of related knowledge/skills
  
• Communicates with internal and external contacts
  
• Acts as backup for 1099 processing
  
• Verifies all transactions comply with the established financial policies and procedures

  • 
    
  • High School diploma/GED or higher
    
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience
    
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
    
  • Reside within a 50 mile commutable distance of 9900 Bren Rd. East, Minnetonka, MN 55343 -
    
    Preferred Qualifications: - -
    
    • 
      
    • Accounting degree
      
    • 1099 processing experience
      
    • Concur Invoice and PeopleSoft experience
      
    • Can work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
      
    • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and problem-solving skills
      
    • Solid verbal and written communications skills
      
    • Ability to foresee process improvements and initiate/propose alternate solutions
      
    • Ability to multitask when presented with competing high priority responsibilities
