This Loan Processor Position Features:

**Requirements**

- At least 2 years of mortgage experience as an assistant, processor, or loan officer.

- Experience with Encompass software and Outlook email is especially helpful.

- Already licensed by NMLS or capable of taking the 20 hr course and passing the test in their first 60 days here.

General duties as a Loan Officer Assistant / Transaction Coordinator:

- Capture phone calls when Los are not available

- Input leads and data into CRM system and manage database

- Assist branch manager with presentation prep and event planning

- Input loan applications, pull credit, run AUS, etc. to prepare for LO

- Gather documents from clients to submit with new files

- Contact clients regarding referrals to our credit repair team

- New contract setup and disclosure request submissions

- Calling third parties for documents that we need for loan processing

- Assisting loan officers (at least 2) with anything they need support with

- Recording and filing expense reports

- Preparing and sending birthday cards and thank you cards

- Ordering office supplies and anything needed for the team
