Job Description:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team to provide in-home nursing care to patients across varied age groups. As an LVN at Aveanna, you will be integral to our mission of helping patients achieve their highest level of health and independence. Your role will involve managing patient care in home settings, overseeing medication regimens, and providing support and education to patients and their families. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients in their own homes, tailoring care to their individual needs in alignment with prescribed healthcare plans. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the patient's care plan. Monitor patient's condition and report any significant changes to the supervising RN or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. Collaborate with therapy and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health care and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed reports and patient records. Strong clinical skills in a home healthcare environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in administering medication and understanding of treatment protocols Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice CPR certified Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
