Job Description Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Operator to join their growing team in the San Antonio area. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality precision metal and plastic components. Key Responsibilities - Set up and operate CNC machines, including HAAS and 4-axis equipment - Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create and modify CNC programs - Produce parts within required tolerances and production quantities - Monitor machining processes and make programming or tooling adjustments as needed - Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor machine repairs - Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance - Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - 2–4 years of CNC machining experience (required) - Hands-on experience with CNC setup and operation - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Strong understanding of tolerances and use of precision measuring instruments Company Description Who We Are: Peyton Resource Group (PRG) has a 20-year track record of delivering real results for our clients.
