Can experimentation be high velocity, impactful, and strategic?
We believe it can! Do you?
Firefox Product Group is looking for an experienced Behavioral
Science Product Leader with a track record of standing up
experimentation programs that are strategic, hypothesis-driven,
thoughtful and high velocity. In many product teams, these words
contradict-but we believe they are integrative.
Over the past few years we've built an experimentation program that
reached its highest scale in 2021. Now, we're taking our team and
program to a new level. Our aim is to reach a scale where we are
learning daily, from creative hypotheses-and a combination of small
and large bets. In this role, you'll help develop our strategy and
roadmap towards how we incorporate machine learning to drive
continuous real-time optimizations across mobile and desktop.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Behavioral Scientist with
experience managing experimentation programs and driving long-term
user adoption and re-engagement. In addition, collaboration,
communications, lean process, transparency, attention to detail,
data fluency, and self-direction are valued in this position. You
will have plenty of room and support to grow personally and
professionally on our impactful team.
