Job Description:

HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Labor and Delivery unit to provide top-tier medical care. As part of our dedicated healthcare team, you will be instrumental in offering the essential support and medical attention needed during labor and childbirth. This role is pivotal in creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for delivering new lives into the world. You will engage directly in our commitment to improving human life, using advanced medical practices and empathetic patient care. Monitor patient health and progress prior to, during, and after labor. Administer medications and treatments as instructed by healthcare providers. Educate and support mothers and families through the labor and delivery process. Assist in procedures and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of the labor and delivery environment. Strong skills in patient care and monitoring Ability to manage stress and make quick decisions Proficient in using medical equipment required for childbirth Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS/CPR certification ACLS recommended NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
