The chosen candidate will be instrumental in providing the highest level of care to pediatric patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions. This role requires a deep understanding of cardiac care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to pediatric patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor cardiac and vital sign parameters and respond to life-threatening emergencies. Administer medications, maintain patient records, and collaborate with the cardiac care team to design effective care plans. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment, and home care preparations. Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and standards. Proficient in pediatric cardiac care management. Strong skills in critical care nursing, emergency response, and medication administration. Adept in using medical software for patient monitoring and data entry. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred.
